try not to overtrain - max out on rest time equal in days to hours trained - at least

Peace and Blessings,

I am all for this! I feel that this is just a group/threat as any, may I have the input of the process of any and all on the daily supplements. I have been a GMer for a little over a year and I have lost weight and it is again trying to find me. I am back at it and I have not the patience to re-read the book and try to find the details of how/what to take. I initially started out with a multivita, vita E, 3 flaxseed, 3 salmon pills, both 1000 IU, and ground flaxseeds. Now that I am back strong I want to do this right. In one of the threads of the Success category, I found the reference to pg.179. I am a little confused with the multimineral, and digestive enzymes, then there is the magnesium intake. Is that included in the multimineral? I just want to make sure that this time I am doing it right and feel comfortable with my forward momentum and trust the process. This isn't complicated and I don't want to make it so, so if anyone/everyone can share their understanding of the taking of the supplements I would greatly appreciate it. When I think that I have the understanding then something else comes up, then I feel like; no wonder it isn't working the way that it should, which in turn gives me a new "stresser", totally ironic. So , PLEASE HELP! I would like a complete handle to processed with certainty. I am in this for the long haul but I don't want to be doing this with hours of exercise and other success and not see manifest the reason why I started this; to loss weight for life in a healthy, stress free way. Best of luck and hope to get holistic, successful feedback. I keep going shopping and I am starting to get discouraged. I just purchased whey protein online today, I have about 1,000 fish oil pills, 1,000 IU's, a HealthMaster, all the workout equipment, a great attitude, acai berry pills, colon cleanser, just did the Master Cleanse, women's multivitamins with focus on vita D, hair, skin and nails, pills, focus on E, a liquid probiotic, protein powder of leafy greens, with chia seed, ground flaxseeds, with pills, 1,000 IU's, I make the 3 vitals a part of meals and snacks when able. I drink approx. 64oz. or water a day. Let me know if anyone has any advice on pg. 179 or the thread in Success category in "hacking the GM", and it is stated in a positive way, more of a tweek. Let me know, I am open to suggestions and confirmation. Peace, Love, Happiness, and major weight loss in a positive, powerful, and healthy way.

Peace,
Amina

Hey Verg,
the sun ages you like nothing else
I"ve worked a lot of night duty over the years and Haven't that much sun exposure and I can tell you that I look younger than I am due to this

I don't have the many wrinkles and i've been told that I appear nearly 10 years younger , i was once told 15 but I think the guy was psychotic due to this so stick to the 15 minutes or so per day

and not in the hours between 10 am and 3 pm

by the way how are things going ??

Darren

Hi, thought is was about time I joined this thread. I have 63 Kgs to lose to get to a BMI of 25 but anywhere from 45kgs or more would be good.
So far I have made my own recording that I listen to at night in order to customise it to myself. I have found this good as I have put things like taking my supplements and when I will do exercise into it and find that I am remembering to do it much better.

At the moment I am still recovering from a miscarriage, and when I was pregnant, I had awful morning sickness which had me spending as much time as I was able in bed. I am feeling very unfit and have just started back on my exercise bike. Walking is not possible as I get plantar fachitis (?sp).

I take vitamin D as a supplement as I live in the south of the country and I spend a lot of time indoors and my mother has osteoporosis.
