Huh - I've heard Johnny CHow mentioned around but didn't really know what it was. It's kind of like bircher muesli where they layer the yoghurt with muesli and berries. Nuts and fresh fruit sounds great though. I will have to try this.

I have been mixing flax oil into my yoghurt, as well as the whey protein isolate. The first time I did it was weird - I'm an artist so for me linseed oil is a painting medium not food. But then I got over that and I think it may just become my new comfort food. I love it mixed with Jalna natural pot set yoghurt. Mmmm, yummy.

I've started adding just the Chia without soaking tastes a bit like poppy seeds I add 2-3 tsp to Jonny Chow, but the I make sure I drink lots of water before eating 1-2 glasses so the Chia doesn't make me dehydrated

I didn't realise you all call it 'Jonny Chow', it is what I have been having now for months for brekky.

I have two handfuls of organic meusli, no fruit.
3 dolops of Greek yoghurt
1 desertspoon of Isolate
and either a banana, kiwi fruit or raspberries all mixed together and it is yum.

Oh and I have 2 desertspoons of Omega three at the same time, but I like the taste so I have it separate from the rest
