To all of those who've never understood what we go through with our fat programs turned on, & felt compelled to share their ignorant "diet" remarks with us (as if they had a clue!), whether cruel intent or not, may I now say with confidence & no cruel intent, "Better to have one think you're a fool than to open your mouth & remove all doubt!"
