Jon’s Breakfast Muesli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup organic yogurt
  • 4 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds
  • 30g protein powder
  • fresh fruit (e.g. apple, banana, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Half cup fresh walnuts
  • Half cup almonds
  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp xylitol

Options

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • Unprocessed honey to sweeten
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder

PREPARATION

Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl. Voila! Ready to eat.
