Jon’s Breakfast Muesli
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup organic yogurt
- 4 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds
- 30g protein powder
- fresh fruit (e.g. apple, banana, blueberries, raspberries)
- Half cup fresh walnuts
- Half cup almonds
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp xylitol
Options
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- Unprocessed honey to sweeten
- 1 tbsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder
PREPARATION
Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl. Voila! Ready to eat.
