- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 cup water
- 30g protein powder
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal, freshly ground
Options
- 1 frozen mango cheek or half cup frozen berries of your choice
- Half cup organic yogurt
- Half tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder
