  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 30g protein powder
  • 2 tsp flaxseed meal, freshly ground

Options

  • 1 frozen mango cheek or half cup frozen berries of your choice
  • Half cup organic yogurt
  • Half tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder
