Ingredients

  • Half cup fruit – choose from acai berries, apricot, apples, bananas, black currant, blueberry, boysenberry, cherry, cranberry, gooseberry, grape, kiwifruit nectarine, pawpaw, peach, pear, pineapple, plum, raspberry
  • 30g protein powder
  • 2 tsp flaxseed meal, freshly ground

Options - choose 3-4 of the following

  • 1 tsp lecithin granules
  • 2 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1 capsule digestive enzymes
  • 1 tsp unsweetened carob powder
  • Half cup of organic yogurt
  • 2 tsp xylitol
  • 1 tsp ground almonds
  • Organic cocoa powder
  • Powdered probiotics
  • ice

Preparation

Process all together. Add sweetener to desired taste. If the smoothie is too thick you can add a small amount of filtered water to desired consistency.
