Ingredients
- Half cup fruit – choose from acai berries, apricot, apples, bananas, black currant, blueberry, boysenberry, cherry, cranberry, gooseberry, grape, kiwifruit nectarine, pawpaw, peach, pear, pineapple, plum, raspberry
- 30g protein powder
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal, freshly ground
Options - choose 3-4 of the following
- 1 tsp lecithin granules
- 2 tsp psyllium husks
- 1 capsule digestive enzymes
- 1 tsp unsweetened carob powder
- Half cup of organic yogurt
- 2 tsp xylitol
- 1 tsp ground almonds
- Organic cocoa powder
- Powdered probiotics
- ice
Preparation
Process all together. Add sweetener to desired taste. If the smoothie is too thick you can add a small amount of filtered water to desired consistency.
