Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly ground flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp xylitol
- 5 organic eggs
- Half cup filteredwater
- One third cup cold-pressed olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180oC
- Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk
- Then mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
- Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Pour the batter onto the tray
- Make sure the batter is not thicker in the middle, if it is spread out slightly
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Test with a skewer - the bread is done when the skewer comes out clean
- Cool on a wire rack and cut
