Ingredients

  • 4 large veal steaks
  • 2 cups bottled tomato pasta sauce
  • 3 cups spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Tenderize the veal with a mallet
  2. Cook veal in a fry pan until browned on both sides
  3. Put pasta sauce onto a baking tray
  4. Place the veal onto of the pasta sauce
  5. Place spinach on top of the veal and then the cheese
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese melted and slightly browned


Serve with a salad and/or steamed vegetables
