Ingredients
- 4 large veal steaks
- 2 cups bottled tomato pasta sauce
- 3 cups spinach, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
- Tenderize the veal with a mallet
- Cook veal in a fry pan until browned on both sides
- Put pasta sauce onto a baking tray
- Place the veal onto of the pasta sauce
- Place spinach on top of the veal and then the cheese
- Bake in the oven until the cheese melted and slightly browned
Serve with a salad and/or steamed vegetables
